Our shipping rates vary depending on your location. In order to help offset the price of shipping, we subsidize the cost of shipping each pan. If you need your CrepePro in a hurry, reach out to us (contiguous United States only)

Estimated Shipping Time Frames (Contiguous U.S.)
- Standard: 3-5 Business Days
- Expedited and Priority: 1-2 Business Days.
- Expedited and Priority shipments are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that the shipping cost will go up significantly to ship outside of the U.S. Please email info.crepepro@gmail.com to arrange potential international shipping.
Will I receive tracking information?
No. We do not provide tracking information to individual orders. If you’re having an issue getting your pan, please reach out to us at so we can make sure your order was sent out properly.
Where are you shipping from?
We are based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. All orders will be shipped from that location.
How will CrepePro be shipped?
CrepePro orders are primarily shipped through UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you live in or around the Salt Lake Valley, we are happy to arrange a pickup to save the cost of shipping.
