RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CrepePro Return Policy

We agree to fully refund your order within 30 days of purchase if your pan is unused. However, you will be responsible for paying to price of return shipping. We cannot accept returns after 30 days or provide refunds for used product. 

Receiving your Refund

Once we have received your return and inspected it to ensure it has not been used, we will start the refund process. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 

Refunds will typically return to your account within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. You may then want to contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.crepepro@gmail.com

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your pan for another size or you received your pan and it was damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at info.crepepro@gmail.com so we can make things right!
