RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CrepePro Promise

As part of the CrepePro Promise, within the first 45 days of your order, we agree to fully refund or exchange your order and cover your return shipping if you are unhappy with your CrepePro in any way. No questions asked!

After 45 Days

After 45 days have passed we will still accept returns, however, the pan must be unused, and the return shipping price will be deducted from the refund.

Receiving your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return was initiated before 45 days then we will refund your order in full.

If your return was initiated after the 45 days, then we will inspect your pan and make sure it is unused. Following the inspection, and assuming the pan is found unused, we will refund you your order and subtract any return shipping fees.

Refunds will typically return to your account within 2-4 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crepepro.com

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your pan for another size or you received your pan and it was damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at support@crepepro.com so we can make things right!

You may be responsible to pay for your shipping if you are submitting a return 45 days after your order was placed.
